RapidConnect: New Features for Easier Travel

Here at The Rapid we’re focused on making riding the bus as easy and smart as possible. This is why we’re excited to announce a few updates to RapidConnect, our GPS-powered real-time information tool suite. Did you notice anything new the last time you visited our RapidConnect passenger information map?

Here’s a look at a few RapidConnect upgrades:

1. Recurring Alerts

One of the best aspects of RapidConnect is your ability to create an account. Your RapidConnect account allows you to sign up to receive information about your routes, as well as set alerts to notify you of bus depatures. You can now set recurring alerts directly from the RapidConnect toolbar.

2. myStop for Android

Android App on Google Play Button

myStop, the RapidConnect mobile app, is now available for Android devices! While many Android users are already accessing real-time information from other third-party apps, we’re excited to have another option available. myStop is an easy way to plan your trip using real-time information, navigate via map, set alerts, and see stops nearby.  Download myStop to track your bus.

3.  Bookmark your bus stop
